How do I search the events page

Searching the events page should be a regular part of your business operations. Whether it's looking for refunds, identifying at-risk transactions, or auditing discounts. The most basic search on the events page is finding a specific transaction, this could be to verify the proper change was given to a customer or to ensure that staff has followed proper procedure when applying a discount.

Searching the events page will help you identify important transactions quickly. Using the search feature is quick and easy, you'll notice the search bar located at the top of the events page, simply input search terms and click the "go" button. You combine multiple search terms to narrow down the results.

Run Down

Step 1:
Navigate to the Events page.

Step 2:
The search bar is located at the top of the page

Step 3:
Look through your transactions to identify key terms that you would like to search for.

Step 4:
Add those terms to the search bar (You can add multiple search terms, however, you'll need to add them individually)

Step 5:
After you click the "Go" button (or press enter) you'll see only the transactions that meet the search criteria
